Matt focuses his personal training on three areas: early stage performance development, Quarterback mechanics, and running and agility development for field sports (soccer, football, lacrosse). Matt began his sporting career in football and baseball, before entering Fresno Pacific University and Cal State Stanislaus. After college, he spent 10 years coaching football and Quarterback mechanics for Waterford HS in Waterford CA. Matt is a NASM certified Personal Trainer, and Athletic Republic Level 2 Sports Trainer.
