The Speed Camp is a performance training program designed to increase your speed, explosive power, running mechanics, and muscular endurance.
What will the athlete learn?
The athlete will gain a strong foundation in the proper techniques used in speed and performance, as well as understanding the skills necessary for efficient running.
Is this a difficult program?
You get out what you put in. The training regimen is intensive. Speed Camp is a 90-minute program twice a week.
