The Power Camp is a performance training program designer to increase your strength, improve lifting mechanics, and rebuild your power base.
What will the athlete learn?
The athlete will gain a strong foundation in the proper techniques used in lifting for power through Olympic lifting, as well as rebuilding your baseline power in the post-season.
Is this a difficult program?
You get out what you put in. The training regimen is intensive. Power Camp is a 90-minute program twice a week.
